Recuerdos de la Alhambra (Memories of the Alhambra) was composed in 1896 in Granada by Spanish composer and guitarist Francisco Tárrega.
Taking advantage of the quiet, soft and poetic characteristics of Zhong Ruan's timbre, Zhongruan performer Xue Miao adapted this work.
It evokes people's memories of the Moorish citadel located on a hill in the Spanish Granada.
